I am reporting long-standing and worsening systemic failures inside the United States that, by design or negligence, are endangering both U.S. citizens and international allies. Canadian citizens should be aware that their allies to the south have deliberately erased memory, avoided accountability, and are exporting these abuses through health partnerships, shared data, and policy alignment.
